Always great service. It can't be easy having to deal with both 3rd party companies AND customers, but Interparcel has always been great to me and the many MANY parcels I've sent.
They have live chat Monday to Friday which is invaluable :)
And Rachael who handled my issue today was very professional - as they all are.
Overall, I'll keep using Interparcel (as long as their prices are competitive).
