I was buying a set of swimming goggles as there were none in stock at the Minehead store. The pair I was sent were wrong so I went to the store to see if they could sort it out. They were extremely helpful and managed to obtain the correct pair by the next day. I think it was Sophie who looked after me and she could not have been more helpful. The problem was that when new models are introduced the same "P" number is used to identify different goggles!! The ones I had been sent had the same "P" number but were marked at £15 whereas I had paid £16 for the ones ordered. Something needs to be done about this confusion, but the matter was resolved very efficiently; Thank you.
