We purchased a tennis racquet on Saturday with a sensor. The sensor was faulty. This was annoying but we received excellent customer service in store. They checked with other stores for a replacement but unfortunately there were none so we received a full refund. We then looked online for other similar racquets. We found one and ordered it. Delivery went as stated and received the product on the day that was stayed. Overall Tony Pryce gave excellent customer service and the staff in store should be rewarded for this. Much better than rival stores.
