I paid for next day delivery, and added a message in the box ''about my delivery'' and i added that if no one was home leave with any neighbour...
I got home from work to find a card from the delivery company saying no one was home and they would attempt to deliver the following day of I could pick the parcel up myself from their department approx 2 miles away !
Thats not what I'd paid the extra for, I did get the parcel the following day but it was too late as a birthday present.
