Have ordered numerous time from in the style and previously had an issue with a refund but gave them a 2nd chance as I have also had some great experiences and clothes. Ordered 2 lovely dresses, when they arrived the quality and material was absolutely rubbish, looked nothing like the picture and nearly 3 weeks later still dont have my £96 back. They asked me for proof of postage even though I had an email confirming they had received my return. I will now be raising a dispute with my bank and will no longer be ordering any more of their tacky overpriced clothes
