After a hard to use check out process I received a faulty dress. Company even admitted they had manufacturing problems with the dress when I contacted them after I had received it - where is the quality control? After many emails back and forth and sending pictures of the dress they requested, returned it to be told I hadn't asked for exchange, which I did, and was refunded minus my postage! Paid extra postage for a faster delivery too. Poor treatment of customers won't help this company.
