Made a mistake on my address, my phone auto filled to my old address just after I pressed submit. I immediately contacted them over their messaging service on their website, then over facebook as there way no way to change it on their website??
Heard nothing back for a day, got a message back saying that can’t amend it at all, but could cancel it if not dispatched. I immediately replied saying yes do this. Heard nothing back, so the next day messaged them on Facebook again.
Got another message saying that they could cancel it, immediately replied yes please.
Heard nothing back for another day, get a message saying dispatched!!!
Messaged them as soon as I got this on both their messaging service and facebook.
The next day, get a reply saying that they can request the Courier send it back to them. Immediately message them back requesting this.
Just now got a message saying they can’t do this.
Unbelievable. Lost an order, lost money and their customer service is just abysmal. First time ordering and last time.
Every other clothes site I’ve used are so much quicker in response, probably the most frustrating service ever!!!
