I ordered the Be Kind t-shirt in a size 10-12. The one that arrived was much bigger than that! I’ve emailed twice asking how I can get a refund or exchange for a smaller size and no reply to either email.
I just think it’s absolutely shocking that they are conning customers who want to contribute to a worthy cause in response to Caroline Flack’s tragic death.
