I received the wrong item from my order on the 14th of March, I contacted them through email still no response to this ( I am writing on the 1st of April ). I finally got onto live chat after waiting 45 minutes, I first got told I was lying and I had received the correct item after I sent over 2 order confirmations and an image of what I received, they said their system was wrong and for me to send the incorrect item back. I did this, I got back onto live chat with the postage receipt for them to active the delivery for my correct item free of charge with no admin fee. When I got onto the chat I was told there had been no record of this and the warehouse couldn't do this straight away, I was adviced this could take a few days for the warehouse to sort this and the best option was for them to email me when sorted, I didn't hear back from them for days so I went back onto live chat and they are now refusing to send me the item till the warehouse get it sorted but they don't know when this will be and they would email me, I've had nothing. They are ignoring all my emails.
They have taken my money from my account, have the incorrect item back and are refusing the send the correct item.
I have shopped with in the style many times and trust them as they work with so many celebrity influences but never again.
0 customer service, no respect. Overall disgusting company. Avoid at all costs, they will rob your money.
I have taken this issue up with paypal ( how I paid with my card ),
