This is without doubt, the worst customer service and operational platform I have ever used. Firstly, don't even think about needing customer service or try to withdraw your money out without also involving Fosterboon.org to help you, because they will take 3 to 12 days to respond. I could not withdraw money for 2 good(bad) months, it was there till Friday before Fosterboon.org helped me out. They told me I have credit, but the app refuses to categorise my credit as valid for withdrawal. Their response is anecdotal and unhelpful, I asked a clear question, and they took a month in not answering it. Do yourself a favour and get another crypto trading platform.
