If I could rate Nested Naturals zero stars, I would. I placed an order for four bags of various greens and two bottles of Luna on June 27. On July 5, I received my order and three bags of the greens were three months from expiration, and both bottles of Luna had already expired in April 2024. I reached out immediately to inquire how Nested Naturals could ship products that expire in less than three months or were already expired. This was the response: "Please rest assured that sealed supplements, even with 2-3 months remaining before their expiry date, are safe to consume and retain their potency and efficiency up until the listed expiry date. The quality and efficacy of the products remain intact, ensuring they provide the intended benefits." I emailed back and forth with Customer Service multiple times, was given the runaround and told that I could pay to ship the products back after they expire, while the fully expired products were not addressed at all. Words cannot express how despicable it is for a company to take advantage of customers by selling them expired product or soon-to-be-expired product. The sad thing is, the products themselves seem good, but this is a company that takes advantage of customers and simply can't be trusted. Going forward, I would be hesitant to order anything from them since it's likely their products aren't fresh. Luckily, there are a lot of quality companies that sell greens and don't take advantage of their customers by passing off old inventory during a sale. I ran a large retail business for years and my response would have been, "We are sorry. Let us replace your purchase with new product." But not Nested Naturals, where repeat customers don't seem to be important, but unloading old product is.
