I have been ordering products from Intus Healthcare for a number of years now. I find them to be a great company to deal with. Every friendly and helpful staff. I mostly order on line . Should I order anything by mistake on line.... I can return my order(If unopened) and reorder again or receive credit against my next order. This gives me great piece of mind as I have made mistakes when ordering in the past. The only negative comment I would have is in relation to the way items are laid out on web page. I think it would be less confusing if items were photographed and named separately. For instance, rather than showing a full photo of the complete face mask and then a list of items . Why not photograph the different items that go with the mask separately . That way it avoids ordering the wrong attachment that you require for the mask you have in use. I think for me if it was simplified a little better then this will certainly help me when ordering. Pat.
