Ordered on Wed 2 July and e-mailed the same day to be told that my order was expected to arrive on Mon 7 July. Fine. Mon 7 July came, my card was charged that day but nothing received and nothing heard by Wed 9 Jul evening. The order still showed "pending" on the website. I had to e-mail them to get an update - told of an unexpected delay until Mon 14 July, "the money for this order had been captured to speed up process before we were informed that we wouldn't then get the product from our supplier" and that they will upgrade the order to special delivery at no extra charge. Monday 14 July came (a week after my card was charged), I received a dispatch notification and the order was received the following day. The order was sent recorded delivery (not special as they had said) - I don't care about recorded vs special (the delivery time is the same) but if Intus promise to do something (special delivery - not something I had asked for), then they should do it rather than give the impression of saying something and then not following up. Obviously lack of keeping me informed (I had to e-mail to ask) and taking money a week before order is dispatched were issues.
