I placed my first order on 17th September 2014 (late evening), I received confirmation first thing on the morning of the 18th and my order was sitting on my desk at work by 11:30 this morning (19th). I can't say when I have last received such excellent customer service. Prior to placing my order I requested product information from the Customer Service Team which was answered promptly (by (Tim Barker)) and the advice given was of more benefit to me the customer than for company profit. Truly this is a company who puts its customers first. I have no hesitation in recommending them and I will definitely be using them again.
