The same also happened with the second arrival, but, thanks to your support, frequent trucking and some phone calls to the central and local post services, I finally found the item the last day before its return to you again. I think it is very important for the posting system to have written the phone number with the address, because in areas with small villages there are not certain streets and street numbers and it is not easy for the recipients to be aware of their deliveries. Otherwise, there is no need for the phone number to be given with the address during the putting of the order.
