Delivery was fast and product was as described, However you have a no returns policy. I was aware of this as set out on your website for H&H reasons , however I think this a get out on your part. Many American companies selling this and similar masks offer up to a 30 day money back guarantee. If you could come somewhere in line with this it would make for a more reassured purchase for sleep apnea sufferers in the future. I am Currently unable to work so a £109 purchase for me was a big gamble, unfortunately within 5 minutes I realised the mask wasn't suitable for me, I realise this is an product issue but a non returns policy on you side is very disappointing.
