Having used the site a few times before, this experience was very disappointing. Ordered a new mask, and two weeks later I was still waiting for dispatch! The reply to an e-mail I sent querying this told me that the item was out of stock - something that definitely WASN'T the case when I placed the order, and my money was taken, as I'd also been looking at another mask and didn't buy it because that one WAS out of stock!
I also placed a review on a mask that I had used for a few months which I didn't rate highly at all. In fact because the review didn't get loaded to the page I've submitted three reviews on that same mask! None of them have been loaded onto the page - and I suspect this is because it is not a great review! Kind of defeats the purpose of having the user tell other potential users of their experiences! This is really, really disappointing.
It's for these reasons that you've probably seen the last of me. I've already got an alternative lined up for when I next need to make a CPAP related purchase; they're not cheap purchases after all...
