I'm sure things will improve, but getting set up was a bit of an ordeal. One, for understandable reasons, you get timed out for inactivity. However, it seems to be a straight time-out, not just for any lack of activity. And, you get no warning you have been timed out until you have made a whole lot of entries and then try to 'submit' or send. The result, you spend a lot of time re-entering your details. Two, while you can 'chat' about any questions you have and eventually a human gives you helpful answers, there is a distinct lack of quick access to help, nor the ability to click on items for explanations.
