Ok, I was actually disappointed once. They made a small error in one of my shipments. So why 5 stars... When I contacted them they went above and beyond to make it right. A+++ in customer service. On top of that... I'll never buy silver from online from any where else. Think about it like this, you pay for shipping on your monthly sub, but you don't pay for shipping on your Add-ons because they ship it all together, plus with the add ons you can buy what you want. Right now I'm buying Brittanias, Morgans and Silver Dimes, so I addition to my regular shipment, which is a fun surprise every month, I get to add to my collection and not pay extra shipping charges. This is by far the easiest way to dollar cost average your stash.
