Customer service is useless I emailed 3 weeks before my order shipped out to cancel. When they replied they said it had already been shipped the tracking number said label had been printed. Claim to have "24 hour support." Thats a lie theirs not even a customer service number say on their website they will cancel if its before its shipped out thats also a lie they ignored my email when I replied when my box finally got here almost a month later. I paid 405 I got 305 worth. I'll be taking my business to Bullion and SD from now on they actually value their customers.
