I am only happy with the content offered by IBD, particular your MarketSmith product.
I am VERY UNHAPPY with the delivery of your product offering -- you undoubtedly have the WORST software programmers of any financial product I have ever dealt with. Specifically, locking up my browser(s), "investors.com not responding" errors all the time, disconnects because I have logged on with another computer (NEVER IN MY LIFE), just to name the most irritating problems. Also, not a software problem, but, as a 15-year paying subscriber, I also object to suffering through your advertisements (that I can't skip or delete) when accessing the premium content I have subscribed to.
It is only because of your overall content (which is VERY GOOD) which cancels the complaints above that I am able to rate you as GOOD -- otherwise, you would be at the bottom of the list (if I were rating you on the operation of you web site).
