No end of problems with Invictus Communications. They have failed to respond despite promising to do so, to a raft of problems including inaccurate billing and one of our businesses being left without phone or internet for over a week. It’s not the deal they promised either. Jonny Mchpee tells a good story, but customer care once they have signed you up is appalling. We deeply regret ever getting involved and are referring them to offcom.
