We purchased two of your products with the glass pitcher (one for me and one for my daughter). Before we used the new filters we had purchased , both pitchers were broken. It was not a big event, only touched the side on my sink when filling. Didn't even realize it was broken until I noticed the water running out of it. Maybe these were a defective batch of pitchers? We really liked the water and felt good about having it.
