Product is okay, but as husband and I are older, I can't put on the smaller filter that goes on the bigger filter. Our hands aren't like they use to be. I use my pitcher only for making coffee . I am back to drinking bottled water. When I use the pitcher, because the water has set, I dump it out, and fill it up to make coffee. I am afraid of it becoming to alkaline. I do have a question. I don't use the little pitcher. Can I just take out the filter and let it dry out, and then reuse it at a later date? I really like my shower filter. I was grateful they exchanged it, without me sending a picture because I really don't know how to do all of that. I don't know how to take pictures and then send them. I was in dire straights without that shower filter, and it was sent right away. Thanks Jacqueline
