This shower head is beyond fabulous, with an experience never felt before when showering. The softness on my skin was magical.
The customer service was 1st class via phone(Tracy), and she went that extra mile to ensure I was happy, and I honestly was ecstatic. Easy to install, and refills are easy to purchase. In other companies, you can not always spk on the phone, here you can.
