I received my purchase promptly, however there were no instructions on how to use it. I emailed and very quickly got a response. I was grateful because the info that I was able to look up did not provide the complete steps to activate the filter. I had already consumed a complete pitcher of water at that point. So, I went back and started over. I appreciate a company that is responsive to customers after a purchase. The response was timely and addressed all my concerns.
