We have used this software for as lonfg as I can remember - a simple offline invoice creator, and it was perfect for what we needed. Then without any choice in the matter we were forced online where despite having the fastest broadband available in the UK as soon as opened this in Firefix, it whirled around for ever trying to log in. We complained and were rudely told it was onlinr or nothing adn that their preferred host was Google Chrome (which we never use) We uploaded Chrome jsut for this and what did it do? Took hours to upload, and then when we entered each line fo the invoice it forze, whhirred around, told us the site is unresponsive and did we wish to continue?...Which when you agreed kicked the programme back into life again....I am not joking - it takes around ten minutes to download the site regardless of who you use and it takes an hour to get through an invoice that should take you seconds to create - It has completely destroyed our wholesale invoicing system and we are desperate to get out and find something offline that does this was simple job...I cannot believe anyone can get along with this unless they make one invoice a day and have all the time in the world to waste on crappy software
