I've experienced the same problem. Their payment system unknowingly to me was tagged on an invoice sent to a customer of mine. I didn't sign to take card payments yet Stripe prcocessed the card payment. I am still 12 days later trying to get MY money back to my customer. They say I can have MY money back if I sign up to Stripe and the also have the audacity to take a charge for handling.
I'm totally disgusted with both Stripe and Invoices2go.
