John switched me to ipaytotal and saved my business a huge amount on my card processing fees. They don't charge me any of the extras I used to pay and do all my PCI questions for me for free. I had a nightmare with any other company before as I was being fined £25 a month as I couldn't log in to the system to do all the questions they made me answer, no one helped me with it there. The switching process was really easy and ipaytotal communicated with me the whole way. Their customer support is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and is sorted immediately. I'm really happy and would recommend them to anyone.
