Thank you Bradley Duncan for your very detailed review. My experience is a carbon copy of yours. Total rip-off. We are not going to get a refund from this Company with their misleading pricing information, but they must be doing great business with their “pre unlocking” charge. We’ve been duped but there are lots of reviews extolling this “fantastic” company so more will fall into this trap.
