Tim and Jean were very helpful and responsive, when I applied for the AGILE PM Foundation and Practitioners course, and guided me through the use of an Enhanced Learning Credit to fund the Course. Julia Gosse, the instructor for the course was really friendly and knowledgeable about the subject, and delivered it in such a way that it was fully understood, even by someone like myself who is used to military speak and not Business jargon. I fully recommend IPSO FACTO if you are thinking of completing a Project management course, as the support and delivery of the course has been outstanding. I’m thinking of doing the Prince 2 course later in the year, so if I do I will definitely be using IPSO FACTO.
