He apologized for the trouble and quickly resolved my problem after midnight! Reliable support outside of market hours is essential for traders like myself. However, I do wish IQCent also offered the popular MetaTrader 4 platform in addition to their web platform. MT4 has more advanced features. But the 24/7 assistance in my language is outstanding.
