CONTACT FORTEHUBS now for legal advice if you are already a victim and Don't waste any time working with this company, they have TERRIBLE customer service, they don't even have a phone. They do all their CS though a chat and it takes days, not minutes. I had an account with them for their Crypto, but once ETF's were live, they simply bought the IBIT ETF, that I can do by myself on Schwab, why pay them monthly fees. Once I tried to close my account, it took days and the IBIT ETF dropped and ended up costing me over $2K, from the price when I put in my sale/transfer to when it finally went through. Save yourself the time, headache and money and go elsewhere.
