I had a Vauxhall Astra that, due to replacing the battery, The radio had gone into SAFE mode. I did not receive the radio code when I brought the car and so needed a service like this one. My car has steering wheel controls for the radio so buying a cheap Cd radio was not really an option. I was sceptical to say the least as to if an internet based service was the way to go. Anyway, I bite the bullet and paid via pay pall. I waited about two minutes while the code was generated and it was sent as described. I typed in the code to the radio and Hey Presto! One working radio and One happy customer / Driver again. Would definitely use again should I ever need to. A++++
