After replacing my battery I needed my Radio Code which they supplied within the hour. I spoke to them several times on live chat to get help on how to enterr the code. They explained it to me so well as there were two options. The first was using the radio stalk, the second was usinf the radio buttons. Unfortunately neither worked. The radio might have been different from that indicated on the VIN Number I gave. So I removed the radio and was given a new Code from the bar code on the radio within minutes. Because I had entered the code several times and as the radio has an incremental timing delay before entering again it locked up completely - but I was shown how to unlock that by switching it off then holding down the radio buttons 2&5 at the same time and turning it back on. The new code worked a treat. So radio and music again and I was very impressed by the knowledge everyone had who I delt with. Great Service. Many Thanks.
