Tried a couple of other web sites before I found this site. The others fell at the first hurdle - entering the serial number produced a message that they couldn't provide a code.
Needed a bit of help as I had an email from them part way through the process asking for more information which I initially didn't know how to get but with the patient assistance of Catherine via email it was soon sorted.
Very pleased - as is SWMBO as it's her car!
