Excellent. A neighbour has just bought a 2004 Corsa after his old one had been written off, unfortunately the Siemens VDO CDR 2005 radio didn't work. It turned out to be the fuse in the back of the unit which meant it had to have the code put in, but he didn't have it. I must admit I was a bit dubious about doing this but it was his money and he said go for it, so I did, and I put the serial number in which seamed to take ages to generate the code, anyway after about 10 mins I phoned them (on a Sunday) and the lady said "don't worry I'll email it to you, after I'd hung up it generated the code and she did email as well. So don't worry if it takes 15/20 minutes. It worked by the way and I've got a happy neighbour. Very good service, would use again, no worries. Thanks for the great service Chris
