My fault for running the battery down on my wife's car and couldn't get the code for the cd radio from the previous keeper. I rang local Ford dealer and they wanted £25. I looked on the internet and got the serial number after reading instructions on how to get this without taking the unit out. I took the plunge after looking at reviews for Jonjoe and all up and running within 10 minutes. I don't have to grovel now by making her tea!!! Thanks for a brilliant fast service. Phil
