Having looked at existing reviews, and seen mostly very good, and one or two sying "It just sat there and never came back with a code", I was a bit nervous - after I paid, it sat there rotating for a couple of minutes. But a chat window came up and I asked how long it should take. The answer came straight back "It can be up to 30 minutes". (It would have been nice if the website had made that clear). I'm not sure how long it did take, because I went and did something else. But the next time I looked, my code was there on the screen, and in an email. Well done.
