I put in the serial number and payment details, and had a working code back in seconds. I was doubtful about it, but it worked. The thing that could be done better is to advise people exactly how to find the serial number. You have to press some buttons on the radio and wait to scroll through a couple of screens and then take the last six characters of a much longer number. It is not straightforward, and Radiocodes should explain how to do it.
