Got a code for a Dacia via VIN number on a saturday. After 30 minutes I still did not get the code and started a chat session with support,they told me lookup with VIN only works on weekdays during business hours which is nowhere mentioned. So I asked If I could still give the radio's serial number and they told me if I could give the serial they could still get the code. So I removed the radio to look the serial up, but before I could give it to them I got the code anyway. So it does seem to work in the weekends but slow. Overall I got the code so I was happy with the service.
