It mostly works well. Good ed program at the start heled me along, especialy the webinars. Glosary I just googled most of the words I didnt know, but webinars actually showed me the direction I had to go into.
About safety I think its ok cause of how long history they have. They basically birthed a ton of more modern brokers. Which is why they look a bit dated now, in the website, but trade platform still great and thriving, imo. Still I find new info or new addons online about it every week.
