I placed an order of nearly £400 on the 6th Nov to be delivered to click and collection location at a local ASDA. I have never spent so much money on myself so was so excited. I picked up my order and the bag was a bit smaller than expected given I’d ordered 25 items including 2 coats, big boots, jumpers etc… I opened it and had received only 8 out of 25 items. I’ve been talking to and trying to get answers from customer service ever since. They take days and days to respond (with gaps of 10 days), refuse to give me a phone number to raise the issue further with. Repeatedly ask the same question. It’s been a month with £400 out of my account. I have given every form of evidence i possibly can but can’t get an answer. I just get fluffy responses from different reps each time and no progress. Disgusting. Complete scam
