Customer service is appalling! Not surprised to see so many other reviews saying the same thing. I ordered a dress on Sunday and paid £6 next day delivery. It is now Thursday night and still no sign of the parcel. Hermes still haven’t received it, even though it was apparently dispatched on Sunday night. All seems very suspicious to me! I’ve tried contacts numerous times on numerous different platforms to no help or support. Lost another customer here.
