Ordered two outfits on 20th December 2021. 99p next day delivery was offered so I chose that option. Parcel arrived on 28th December wrapped in brown tape. It had been tampered with and an outfit stolen. I contacted ISAWITFIRST straight away explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I am still waiting for them to respond. AVOID ISAWITFIRST! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, SLOW TO RESOPND OR REFUND! I am returning the item delivered as I do not wish to keep it knowing that has been tampered with too. Lets see if I am refunded for this...
