I have placed an order on the 23rd of December and today is the 23rd of Jan and I am still waiting for missing items. Absolutely disgusting customer service. 3 times didn’t get delivered and the items which have been delivered had not had an order form. Going round in circles none stop and they keep asking the say questions even though they had answers weeks back. They are saying they are busy and it may take over 48 hour per reply. Some weeks it had been much longer than that. So so disappointed and feel I have been mugged.
