I would give this company zero stars if I could. I have been waiting 2 months now for a refund of a return that I have made through their returns portal. I have the return tracking and everything but they are refusing to refund me because they haven’t received it. The last communication I had was with ‘Teagan’ who told me that there is nothing they can do. What the actual F? I feel like I have been robbed. Do not ever order from this company because they have the worst customer service I have ever come across. I’m so furious about this whole situation and how they have treated me.
