I sent back two pairs of Joggers on 4th January. I have proof of postage proving that they received them back on 8th January. But still no refund. I have been emailing for weeks - but only get a generic automated reply. They have no contact number. The automated message always promises to get back to you within 24hours but nothing ever happens. I will never order from them again. I think the same as everyone else on here. They are scammers. Beware if you buy from them & it doesn't fit. Don't bother to send it back to them as they won't give you your money back.
