Quality and customer service shocking!! I ordered a pair of jeans which the zip was broken, i got in contact with them as you have to pay for a return. To which they replied really quickly at first and then stopped replying altogether. i then ordered another pair of the same jeans to which looked completely different to the first pair i had. i understand the colour will not be the exact same but the denim even felt different. As they took so long to reply i got the first pair of jeans repaired to which i had to pay for. i finally got a reply and they have refunded me 20% of the price which is £5 to which i then had to use to send the second pair of jeans back. i feel the customer service was shocking!! refunded me £5 to then have to use it to return stuff to them. i will not be using this company ever again and recommend to AVOID!!! Also not to mention the jeans look completely different to what they do on the website!
