I recently ordered a guitar from Ishibashi Music (delivery to the UK) and was very happy with their service. They sent through detailed photos and descriptions prior to my placing of the order, and then dispatched it within 2 days. It took the best part of a month to arrive but this was mostly due to limited flights in lockdown and then a Parcelforce IT issue that held things up further by a few weeks. Received (eventually) well packed, cleaned and with a new set of strings. Would definitely use Ishibashi again.
